This feature that used to be the exclusive of leading e-book stores now allows your online visitors to read embedded books from your browser directly.

It supports the following document file extensions

•       Adobe Acrobat .pdf

•       Microsoft Word .doc/.docx

•       Microsoft Excel .xls/.xlsx

•       Microsoft Powerpoint .ppt/.pptx

BENEFITS

•       This extension reduces the need for additional software required to open documents such as Acrobat reader plugin, Microsoft Office and so on by a user.

•       This is less resource intensive compared to using external software/plugins which are a bloat on your system and may cause browser / system crashes.

•       It also reduces the risk of downloading malicious documents, which some browsers warn users of, thereby preventing them from accessing your legit documents.
